First look at Amelia Island Hotels

Amelia Island hotels are a great choice and today I would like to tell you about one.
Is it a quick review I did to give you some insight for a place to stay here on Amelia Island.
Seaside Amelia Inn is located at 2900 Atlantic Avenue. They have about 44 rooms . They let me in one and I took some pictures for you.
The rooms are nice neat and clean they have microwave and mini refrigerator .
A nice swimming pool if you like to swim in fresh water rather than the ocean.
They also have a roof top terrace.

The ocean is just out the front door and to the right not many steps and you are in the sand on one of the best Beaches in Florida. Most of the time its not crowded either.
You will find other Amelia Island hotels but this one is on the A list if you ask me.
No need to fight for a parking place to go to the beach and drag the cooler out and all the hassle. Your room is just not that far away with all the comforts of home
Now after the sun goes down the night life begins.
Have a good time at Sandy Bottoms and again just a short walk (very short ) and you are home again in your room. I don’t think it can get much better than that..
I like the place and it has a price range from 99.00 dollars to 199.00 dollars.
And yes they do have specials so If you are coming this way check them out for sure.
I plan on doing other reviews of Amelia Island hotels as well.

Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island Bars & Pubs
PALACE SALOON– on 113 Centre St., it is the oldest continuously-operated saloon in Florida, in Fernandina’s historic district. Pirate’s Punch is the “famous” rum drink of Fernandina Beach. Hundreds of years ago, Amelia Island was the stamping ground of pirates, sea captains, and sailors and The Palace Saloon was the “ship captain’s bar.” The saloon’s 40-foot bar is a wonderful relic from the turn of the century, surrounded by mosaic tile floors, embossed tin ceilings and murals painted on the walls. The founder of Anheuser-Busch, Adolphus Busch, reportedly assisted in designing the elegant bar, lit with gas lamps.
